Conquer The Summit 2026 will be held on Sunday, 22 March 2026 and once again we are offering a half-marathon (21.1), quarter-marathon (10.55) and 5 kilometre distance option!  We will also be introducing our first ever KIDS' DASH, a fun, untimed two lap dash around the oval for U/12s

Conquer the Summit is a community running event held in March every year in the beautiful Adelaide Hills at Mt Barker with distance options for all ages and fitness levels.

First held in 2012, the  main purpose of this iconic event is to raise funds for Operation Flinders and other charities that support our local youth. The event is a major fundraiser of Mt Barker Lions and Rotary Clubs.​

The event begins at the Summit Sport and Recreation Park before running through the surrounding rural area, following a combination of roadside, fire track, vineyard and trail all the way to the top of Mt Barker Summit.

Key Dates
Online registrations close at midnight Sunday 15 March 2026 but there are advantages to getting in early.

• Register online by midnight Sunday 1st March to save $s on your rego fee AND get your first name (or whatever funky name you choose) on your race bib

• Register online by midnight on 31 December 2025 to go in the draw to win a $250 voucher from The Athlete's Foot

• Late registrations will be accepted at all the Bib collection points listed below.

Bib collection and Late registration options for all participants:
